Accept Terms

By accessing or registering on the pari platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pari.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legal agreement between pari and the user. The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only.

Account Creation & Security

Registration Requirements

Each user may register only one account.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited.
Operating an account under another person's identity is not allowed.

Password & Security

Keeping your login credentials strictly confidential is your responsibility.
Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Report any unauthorized access to your account to [email protected] immediately.
The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

The following rules must be observed while using the pari platform:

The platform is for personal entertainment only and may not be used for any commercial or unauthorized purpose.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or play games is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent behavior toward other users or engaging in collusion is strictly not allowed.
Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform is prohibited. If you come across such an issue, please report it to [email protected].
Pari must not be used for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward other users or staff is not permitted.

Payments & Transactions

All transactions on pari are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via approved payment methods, including bKash and Nagad.

Deposit Rules

The deposit amount must meet the minimum threshold.
Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals.
The specified turnover requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges are the user's responsibility to pay. pari does not provide financial advice.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pari reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice under any of the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
If evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse is found.
If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person.
If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
If requested documents are not submitted on time.

If an account is closed, any balance payout will be subject to the outcome of an investigation. To voluntarily close your account, email [email protected].

Intellectual Property, Liability & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the pari platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and games — is the intellectual property of pari. It may not be used, reproduced, or distributed for any purpose without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pari is not directly liable for any financial loss resulting from game outcomes, technical errors, network disruptions, or third-party issues. The same applies to any loss caused by temporary service interruptions.

Third-Party Links

Pari is not responsible for the content or operations of any third-party websites or services linked from the platform.

Changes to Terms

Pari reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
